Meet Peter, the heart and soul of Birds of a Feather.

With over 20 years in hospitality, his journey began at Shangri-La Hotel after graduating in Hospitality Management.

In his youth, Peter was an award-winning bartender, before venturing into ownership and taking over one of Auckland's oldest and most cherished Chinese restaurants, "Hee's Garden" in Mt. Eden. His tenure at "Hee's Garden" not only preserved the restaurant's rich history but also added his own touch, ensuring that it continued to be a beloved dining destination for the community.

Now, Birds of a Feather is his latest venture, a community-focused restaurant close to home, reflecting Peter's dedication and love for hospitality.
